[Sponsored] Eyecandys Desire Mist Grey Lens Review

[Disclaimer]: The links in this post are affiliated and if you choose to make a purchase with any of these links or use my coupon code, I will earn a commission from the sale (thank you if you do so!). As with all my reviews, sponsored or not, this post will be my 100% honest opinion based on my personal experience with the product. I am not an eyecare specialist so please be sure to see a professional first before you purchase and use any of the lenses I review on this blog.

Hi angels, I hope you're doing well this week! I have a sponsored lens review for you. This is part of my new partnership with Eyecandys and I would like to thank them for sending these to me 🥰 This is part 1 of 2 reviews, I will be reviewing the brown version of these lenses as well so please stay tuned for that!
Please consider checking them out, they have a large selection of Korean, Japanese, and cosplay lenses. They offer free international shipping on all orders above $35USD and if you use my coupon code "SEIRREN" you will receive an additional 10% off your order 💖

Today I am reviewing the Desire Mist Grey lenses. These have a 8.6mm base curve and are 14.0mm in diameter. These lenses are also quarterly (3-month) disposables so please discard them after this time to prevent discomfort and/or damage to your eyes.

Color: ♥♥♥
These are a darker version of the Misaki Pro Grey lenses I reviewed a while ago. I actually like the color on these better because of how the design blends in the center. From far away you get a much more dolly vibe!

Design: ♥♥♥♥♥
The design offers less opacity in the center which gives you quite a distinct pupil compared to the Pro Grey lenses. This gives you a bit of a dolly effect even though it doesn't have a super thick limbal ring. I think this design makes these lenses more versatile and can accommodate cute or sexy makeup looks!
Enlargement: ♥♥♥
The enlargement on these are not super noticeable because the limbal ring is quite thin. Since the color is so stark against my natural eye color I sort of appreciate that these aren't very enlarging as that could end up being very overpowering in the overall look.

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥
I wore these for about 4-5 hours and didn't experience any discomfort. These truly feel like nothing on my eyes!

Overall: ♥♥♥
I like these and think they are cute, but I'm starting to outgrow this kind of lens design. I thought I would really like it a lot based on stock images but they ended up being too similar to the Pro Grey lenses I've tried previously. While I liked those ones too, I'm leaning more towards the "my eyes but better" type of lenses nowadays that you see popular in Korean makeup, so these don't really do much for me.
I hope you found this review helpful and enjoyable to read! Please let me know if you have any questions about these lenses. Thank you again to Eyecandys for sponsoring this post. Please check them out if you have time!

Thank you for stopping by today, I'll see you in my next post~ 💖
