Angelcolor Bambi Chocolat Lens Review

[Disclaimer]: This post is not sponsored. The links in this post are affiliated and if you choose to make a purchase with any of these links or use my coupon code, I will earn a commission from the sale (thank you if you do so!). As with all my reviews, sponsored or not, this post will be my 100% honest opinion based on my personal experience with the product. I am not an eyecare specialist so please be sure to see a professional first before you purchase and use any of the lenses I review on this blog.

Hey angels! It's been a while since I did a lens review so I thought I would share one of my current favorite daily wear lenses.
I've been wearing a lot of daily disposable lenses for the last few years as they're much more comfortable and hygienic compared to annual or even monthly disposable lenses. A bonus is that they're also very travel friendly too as lens solution is not required (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

Today I'm reviewing the Angelcolor Bambi lens in the color Chocolat. I purchased them on PushColor and they're available in 10 pairs or 30 pairs a box. If you would like 10% off your order you can use my referral link here.

I thought these were so cute and of course since they are produced by Tsu-chan herself, I had to give these a try.
Here's how they look on my eyes:
With and without lens
With makeup
Color: ♥♥♥
These are definitely a "my eyes but better" kind of brown and have that classic circle lens aesthetic without being too cosplay-like.

Design: ♥♥♥♥♡
The design on these remind me of the GEO angel brown/super magic brown. They look more natural from a distance but up close you can definitely tell lenses are worn.

Enlargement: ♥♥♥♥♡
The enlargement on these is similar to what you'd find with circle lenses due to the thick limbal ring design. Though the graphic diameter is only 13.7mm, you would definitely need to wear makeup otherwise these will give you that alien eye effect.

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥
These are extremely comfortable and since they are daily disposable lenses you will always feel fresh. I can wear these for 8-12 hours and not feel any discomfort or irritation.

Overall: ♥♥♥♥
These are my new favorite brown lenses. They work perfectly for light or dramatic gyaru makeup. The brown is subtle in low light settings and just gives your eyes a slight enhancement but under flash/brighter light settings it looks just like a classic circle lens.
I hope you found this post helpful! Thank you for reading and I'll see you in the next one~

Flower Knows Cosmetics Haul & Review

Hello angels how are you doing today? I have been loving all the Douyin (Chinese TikTok) reels that have been popping up on my timeline lately. I wanted to venture into Chinese makeup more and this brand Flower Knows really caught my eye so I decided to put in an order.

I was lucky that at the time I ordered they just released their Strawberry Rococo collection so I got a few complimentary gifts with my order as part of their promotions.

[disclaimer] I bought everything with my own money but have opened an affiliate account with them so links in this post will be affiliated! You can use my coupon code "SEIRREN" for 5% off your order 💖 As always, everything in this post will be my own and unbiased opinion ✌🏻
All the packaging was super cute and luxe. It really felt like I was ordering from a very bougie brand 😱
Since my order surpassed a certain amount they gave me these little hair clips, hand mirror and makeup brush as a gift! The clips are so cute, I can't wait to wear them out 🥰
I was most looking forward to the blushes. I've been really liking purple and soft pink blushes so when I saw these I knew I had to have them. The gradation on the blushes gives you a very soft dimensional look, it's really such a unique product!! I think you could get a similar effect by layering different colors but I thought this design was so cool 😍

Of course I had to get one of their eyeshadow palettes to try so I got this one from their Strawberry Rococo collection. I tried to stay away from the neutral palettes and go for one with colors I don't really have in my collection and this one looked perfect.

The colors are a beautiful pastel tone and the glitter is to die for!! I think you could really build this up with a primer & wet brush if you want it to be more opaque but these shades are a very soft matte so imo they are best suited for daily/light looks.
I've also been obsessed with liquid glitters for my namida bukuro and highlighting the inner curve of my eye so I got this Cherry Love liquid glitter.  It's super reflective and has chunky glitter pieces in it that catch the light beautifully ✨
This was the eye look that I came up with so you can see how the products apply! I didn't use a shadow primer because I wanted to test how pigmented the eyeshadows were without it.
Next I got two glosses and a lipstick. Tbh all the gloss colors are in the same shade family with a different saturation so I wouldn't really go nuts over them even though they're all very pretty. It's just if you look at their photos of them all side by side you can really hardly tell the difference except between the lightest and darkest few shades.

The glosses are actually such a comfortable formula; they're not sticky at all. The color is vibrant and hydrating so even though I think most of the colors look very similar I would keep my favorite shade on hand. These are super easy to wear on their own or over a lipstick/liner!

My final verdict is that this brand has easily become one of my favorite to reach for! I think the pricing is pretty reasonable when comparing to popular brands at Sephora. The quality of the products themselves are outstanding and the packaging is high quality as well. I look forward to trying more Chinese makeup brands this year 🥰

I hope you found this post helpful and maybe you discovered some new products to try! If you do decide to give this brand a try, be sure to use my coupon code "SEIRREN" for 5% off your order 💖

Thank you for stopping by to read today, I'll catch you in the next post!

Hi angels, how are you today? I hope you've been doing well so far! I am back with another round of sponsored lens reviews 🥰 This time I'm excited to be working with myeotd! They were so kind to send me two pair of lenses to review 💗

Today I am reviewing the Gemhour Demeter Ash Brown lenses. These have a 8.7mm base curve and are 14.2mm in diameter. These lenses are also biannual disposables so please discard them after this time to prevent discomfort and/or damage to your eyes.

Color: ♥♥♥♥♡
I've been really enjoying this style of lens lately. I adore the halo-eye effect it gives you (where the color is concentrated in the center and as you get towards the limbal ring it becomes more transparent). These are definitely a "my eyes but better" kind of brown; not quite as dark as my own eyes but just bright enough that it helps my eyes stand out a bit more against heavy makeup while offering a little bit of enlargement.

Design: ♥♥♥
The design on these are very simple and minimalistic because they're supposed to be a natural "your eyes but better" type situation. Though they are quite plain I think they blend well while still giving my eye a bit of a dolly look.
Enlargement: ♥
The enlargement on these is subtle but just present enough to give your eyes a little dolly boost. I think they would be a great addition to no-makeup makeup looks but they're also very easy to dress up as well!

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥
I wore these for about 4-6 hours and didn't experience any discomfort, irritation, or dryness.

Overall: ♥♥♥♥♡
These are one of my favorite natural style lenses. I think they give my eyes a very pretty glow without being too overwhelming. When the light hits these directly the brown becomes very vivid. I love wearing these for work, especially on minimal makeup days. I think they would look incredible on light colored eyes! They'd probably give you a hazel halo effect 🥰
I actually wore this look out to dinner with some old coworkers! We went to the tempura specialty shop near my house. I got a milk tea, tuna tataki and miso soup because I wasn't very hungry.
For the outfit I really wanted to wear this pink heart cutout cardigan so I paired it with some white patterned shorts, a jeweled tube top, and beret for a more mature glam look!
I picked out my camel trench coat to finish it off. I felt very posh and chic hehe 😎
I ended up doing a tutorial for this look on my YouTube channel so if you want to check it out you can do so here!
I hope you enjoyed this post! Please let me know if you have any questions about myeotd or these lenses. Thank you again to myeotd for sponsoring this post!

I'll catch you guys in the next one~ 💕
