6KS.com Review

Hi again my lovelies! I hope all of you had a great weekend. Today I finally got my package from 6KS. I saw Pastelbat's outfit post and I fell in love with the pervert jersey t-shirt she had on in the 5th coordinate. I decided to order it for myself after seeing how cheap it was on the site! You can find it here for $16.99.

Side note: this is not a sponsored review. It was my first time ordering from this site and I just wanted to share my experience with you in case you were also interested in ordering from them.
I have to say I'm quite pleased with the quality of the product. I thought the shirt itself (fabric) would be kind of cheap but it's actually quite nice! I'll have to flip the shirt inside out to wash and hang dry it though because I think the graphics will crack and wash off in the machine ;___;
Okay, on to the review! This might get a little ranty, so I apologize ahead of time if I start to ramble.

I placed my order on September 6th. I went through the whole process online and paid with Paypal. I didn't make an account on the site because they gave me the option to checkout without signing up. I didn't wasn't sure if I would shop there again so I decided to not make an account.

After I checked out, I waited for the confirmation email/receipt. Anyone who has ever ordered anything online knows that most sites pretty much instantly email you this stuff after you've completed the transaction. I got nothing.

I waited an hour and still no confirmation email so I got a bit concerned. I checked my Paypal and it noted the transaction, but I didn't get a receipt from the website. So I decided to email them and ask what was up. At this time I also made an account on their site just to speed things up if they were to ask me for one.
On September 8th I receive a reply from someone named Lena. She apologized for the delay and explained they had a long weekend for the mid-autumn festival. She then asked me to reply with the Paypal transaction ID, and I did.

The next day she emails me back with my order number and told me it takes about 5 days to process an order before they ship it. She said, "Once we ship your package we'll inform you by email" and then asked me to confirm my address (I did immediately).
9 days later, September 17th rolls around and I get fed up waiting for them. I send them another email asking about my order and the shipping status.

I get a response within a few hours stating:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your valued email.Your order is ready,we will ship it today. And you will get your order tracking number within 48 hours.
Fine. Whatever.
Another 5 days later (September 22nd), I'm starting to get kind of pissed LOL. They still haven't emailed me a tracking number, so I email them again.

They reply the next day with:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your valued email.Your package was sent back to us from the courier company. We will reship it tomorrow.Million sorry for this issue.
Are you kidding me? There's a delay/issue with my package and you can't be bothered to tell me? I honestly could care less about the delay, I'm just pissed they decided I didn't need to know about anything. At this point I've been waiting for a tracking number for more than 2 weeks without an explanation and that's just unacceptable.
4 days after this (September 27th), I email them yet again because they still haven't sent me a tracking number or update on my order status. I'm basically fuming over this stupid t-shirt =___=;;

Finally they email me back with a tracking number and a site. Fast forward to today, it is October 20th. It literally took them a month and a half to send me a t-shirt lol. In the end, I'm not unhappy with my purchase but their customer service needs some serious help. I would have basically been left in the dark all this time if I had not taken the time to follow up with them.

Although the overall process was frustrating, I'm not completely put off from ordering off their site again because the product quality is actually not that bad. I probably won't order from them for a while though.
Overall Site Rating: 3.5/5
I hope you guys found this helpful! If you guys had a different experience with this site, let me know! Maybe I just picked to order at a busy time haha~ Catch you later!

✿Sakura Creamy✿ Palty Hairdye Review

Hi everyone! I recently colored my hair since my roots were growing out a lot. I didn't want to go to a salon because money has been tight since I moved out. I decided to go back to the box dyes and just do it myself. I didn't really want any of the colors in the Palty Foam Hairdye line (which I've done a review on, you can see it here and here) so I decided to try the original dye line.
I picked out the color Sakura Creamy. I wanted something less ashy so I figured a warmer color like this would be nice for the summer. I picked these up from a local Pricesmart for about $12-13/box. I needed 4 boxes because my roots were so long and my hair is crazy thick, which surprisingly enough still came up cheaper than if I went to a salon Q__Q (I was quoted something along the lines of $120??? Like whatttt)

Stuff in the box
Here's what my hair looked like before the application
As you can see it's pretty dark. You can barely even see where it's actually colored lol. I don't know why I always wait this long to get my hair done ;^;

Anyways, I applied the dye to my roots and let it sit for about ~45 minutes or so. Then I went over all my hair with the remaining amount of dye and let that sit for ~20 minutes before rinsing everything out. Here are the results!
I was quite surprised at how well the color turned out! As you can see, my hair is much more vibrant and lively than it was in the before pictures. Time for the review!
Coverage/Colour: ♥♥♥♥♥
As always, I am extremely impressed with Palty's color and coverage. It covered my roots flawlessly and revived the color on the rest of my hair.

Packaging: ♥♥♥♥
Gotta love the traditional squeeze bottle that hair dyes come with. Everything was cute, and easy to use. The instructions were in English too!

Price: ♥♥♥♥♥
Super affordable, even though I bought 4 boxes the total was still around ~$50 after tax. If you grab them while they're on sale I think they go for around ~$9-10 a box.

Overall Rating: ♥♥♥♥♥
Love love love this product so much! I think I might even prefer this over the foam line because it's a lot less easier to apply with the squeeze bottle (just shake up the product inside and apply!). The color payoff is gorgeous and it's very affordable. I highly recommend you guys check these out. I know they've been out for a while now but if you haven't tried them yet, you really should~ You can find these dyes at any Asian supermarket such as T&T!
Thank you guys so much for reading! I hope you found this informative and helpful <3 Catch you guys later~

[♥Sponsored♥] i.Fairy Tofi Blue Lens Review

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. It's been raining a lot lately so I haven't got much chance to do sunlight pictures for this review. Nevertheless, I have lots of pictures and information to share with you so I'll just get right into it.

I am reviewing the i.Fairy Tofi Blue lenses today which were kindly sponsored by LensVillage. You can check them out by clicking the banner in the sidebar to the right. I'll also provide more links at the end of this post!
Secure packaging~
In the bottle
 Diameter: 16.2 mm
Base Curve: 8.6 mm
Duration: 1 year disposable
My boyfriend actually picked these out for me. I really wanted a blue lens but I was very particular about the shade of blue. I wanted it to look dolly but not stand out too much (so no aqua or bright blue). I still wanted them to be a vibrant blue without looking like a grey lens.

So here I'm just reusing an old picture so that you can see the enlargement difference:

Color ♥♥♥
These lenses are absolutely stunning. The blue is so captivating! It's not too shocking of a color so it looks quite natural from far away. I actually have a confession: I grew up hating blue lenses because I thought they looked tacky on Asian girls. But after trying these out I have to say, I am in love!

Design ♥♥♥
The design on these lenses is brilliant. As Catherine said, it makes the blue almost funnel into my natural brown which creates an alluring effect. The outer ring is not too dark so you still get the dolly like enlargement without it looking too unnatural.

Enlargement ♥♥♥♥
I think these are the biggest lenses I've ever had to date. At 16.2 mm these were almost too big in my opinion. Without makeup you would definitely look like an alien haha! On top of that diameter, you get the black outer ring which adds even more enlargement~

Comfort ♥♥♥♥
Because of how large these lenses are, they were a bit uncomfortable when I first put them in. After getting used to them they were not so bad. However I was very conscious of the fact that I was wearing lenses when I had these in because I could feel them blurring my peripheral vision just a tad bit (not uncomfortable or discomforting in any way though, just felt kind of peculiar!).

Overall ♥♥♥♥
I think these lenses are amazing. They've really changed my opinion on blue lenses haha. If you are looking for a natural but vibrant blue lens, you should definitely give these a try. You will get a very dolly look because the lens is so large so make sure you have some makeup on otherwise you might look a bit strange! Also due to the large size I think your eyes will get tired quicker while wearing them as opposed to a smaller lens (if that makes sense).
I'd like to thank LensVillage for giving me this opportunity to work with them. They treated me very well and had very friendly service. The shipping was quick and I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I highly recommend you check out their shop as well as their other sites: FacebookBlogTwitter!
