Happy Hour ✌🏻

 

Hi angels! I hope you're doing well today. A while back I went out for happy hour with my cousin. We went to a place called Atlas Steak + Fish. It's been a long while since I've had happy hour so we went all out 🤠

I wanted to go for a sweet onee vibe so I put this outfit together. I think this might've been better with a different purse but I was in a rush so I didn't change bags.

For makeup I kept it neutral and paired it with some dolly brown lenses~

The menu looked so good I was so excited to order haha. We got a dozen oysters to share and then started off with the lobster bisque. I really liked the scallop and caviar in the middle it was super tasty!

We couldn't decide what else to get so we grabbed the wagyu steak and the mushroom risotto. Both were super tasty but I actually preferred the mushroom risotto! The wagyu was good but they risotto was just so flavorful I couldn't stop going back for more 🤤

For dessert we got the crème brulée and gelato trio. I was so full after 😫

It was really nice to catch up with my cousin and I was so happy to finally try this restaurant! I've been eyeing it for a while but never got a chance to visit before, I can't wait to go back again 🥰

Company Summer Party 🎉

  

Hey angels, how are you today? Last month my company had their summer party and I was really excited to go because up until this point I still had not met any of my coworkers in person because I've been working fully remote since I was hired 😅

It was still pretty warm that night so I went for a cool and mature coordinate. I didn't want to be too OTT so I threw a blazer on top 😅

I kept my makeup a bit neutral because I didn't want to overwhelm the coworkers and HR folks in my first face to face meeting 💀I think this would look better with brighter contacts but otherwise I actually really like how it turned out! 

We rented out a place called BREWHALL and the food was so good!! They had so many fun buffet style stations as well as catered platters. It felt soo good to be out at a company party again cause my last one was in like 2018 😭

I had so much fun and it was so nice to meet and catch up with my team. I forgot how much I enjoyed large company functions like this. I can't wait to experience a company Christmas party again 🥺

Udon Date 🍜

 

Hi angels! I hope you're having a nice day so far. I'm still hacking away at this backlog so I apologize if these next few posts aren't very interesting since you've probably seen a lot of these pictures on my other socials, but I still want to make sure I share all the photos and stories I've got! 😓

A week or two after I came back from my trip we went out for an udon double date at that udon specialty shop I shared a few posts back, with our friends Kin and Betty. They had never been so we were excited to share this spot with them!

I love how bright my hair is in the sun!! I'm so happy I retouched it when I got back from my trip. 

I got my favorite niku goboten cold udon (beef belly & burdock tempura) and Kevin got the curry udon. We also got a negitoro sashimi to share! Everything was so tasty and refreshing~ 💖

Afterwards we got dessert at Blue Moon again. They were having a special where if you bought a drink as well as a slice of cake, you would get a discount! I picked out this choco brownie cheesecake and it was heavenly 🤤

We chatted a little bit more at the café but it was starting to get late so we went home shortly after.
