[Sept 2023] Late Nights

 

Hi again angels! I don't know about you but one of my favorite things to do late at night is hang out with my friends at random parking lots talking about anything and everything. I really started doing this a lot when I began dating my bf and he would take me with him to the local car meets every week. It's not as crazy as the Japanese car scene but it was something to do!

Since then we've stopped going to the car meets as the community began to die down here and the culture shifted away from tuner cars. Despite all this we still get out to hang with our friends every now and again at the old spots. Whether it's huddling under an awning with a hot cup of tea in hand during the dead of winter or in front of a mcdonald's eating soft serve on a warm summer's night, you can never go wrong with a late night parking lot hang ( ദ്ദി ˙ᗜ˙ )

This was one of the very first post covid parking lot meets we went to. We hung out at one of the 24/7 A&W's and chatted endlessly as we tried to catch up with everyone since lockdown.

I don't usually care too much about dressing up but I love using these meets as another opportunity to do my makeup and practice! I was once again trying to experiment with more natural lens and lashes.

I thought this ended up being a really cute and casual look. Definitely very comfortable to wear but it felt more neo-gyaru than anything.

I had a lot of fun catching up with our friends but little did I know this would be my last outing in a while but I'll get into that in the next post.
