💍 New Jewelry Gets ✨

 

Hi angels! How are you? I've been absolutely swamped at work cause it's just been deadlines on top of deadlines. I'm really looking forward to having some vacation time in August.

Shortly after lockdown, I discovered a small local jewelry business that creates pieces out of repurposed designer hardware. They're called Another Chance to Luxe and I own several of their pieces. Recently they released a line of daily wear jewelry and I decided to pick some up. They were very kind and recognized I was a long time customer so they added a few gifts to my order 💖

I ordered 3 rings and a pair of earrings! I love the stacked ring look so I was hoping to wear these all on my left hand.

Everything came in this gifted leather pouch! It's a pretty decent size and they also threw in a dust cloth for me 🥰

I love how pretty all the pieces were. The bracelet and the ring by the earrings were also gifts. They were so sweet and generous 🥺

I was finally able to mail out my packages to Lyon and Mando so I'm really excited for them to receive them! I think they'll arrive in like 1-2 weeks 😊 I put on a quick face for errands but it was so hot some of my makeup started melting off 😱

I gotta restock on setting spray or else I won't survive this summer 😭

💕Japanese Tapas Date 🥰

 

Hi angels, how are you today? It's really been warming up a lot here recently so it makes me motivated to go out on the weekends.

This past weekend I went out with Kevin to a favorite Japanese tapas restaurant of ours called Yuu. If you're local and haven't been, this is the place that serves the "beer ramen" lol

Their menu is pretty big and mostly made up of hotpot or ramen options but I wasn't in the mood for anything soupy so it took me a while to find something to order.

They had quite an extensive special drinks menu but this one caught my eye. It's called the Osaka Sunrise which has strawberry and peach syrup mixed with soda! Super tasty but a little bit too sweet for my liking.

I ended up getting the potato croquette curry and Kevin got a beef and corn cheese stone pot. We shared some garlic butter scallops which were tasty while hot but once they cooled down they became super salty lol.

By the time we were done eating it started raining a bit more heavily so instead of staying out we decided to go home. I'm not sure why but I noticed that people in my city are even worse drivers than before. We got into so many near accident situations on the way home it was so stressful 😭 I'm glad we didn't stay out too late.

After we got home I spent some time taking selfies. I usually take pics before I leave the house because the lighting in my room isn't so good but I forgot that day. I took a few with flash on my front facing camera so excuse how fucking pale that made me in these 😂

For this look I'm trying out the new Kimchi Chic glitter that Lyon got me~

I made this mistake of taking a nap after I washed my hair so it turned out extremely flat lol. I couldn't really get good pics so I did a faux bob and now it's got me feeling like I should chop my hair off 🧐

I don't think I'll do it though bc I love having long hair so much and finding extensions to color match would be a nightmare since I change my hair color often. I'd do a wig but they are just too uncomfortable for me so idk I'll have to think of something else 🤔

💖 Recent Gifts from Friends 🎁

 

Hi angels! How are you today? Recently I got a bunch of new things from my lovely friends so I wanted to share them with you!

Mando, Lyon and I decided to do a holiday gift exchange but we weren't able to mail our packages out until now 😅

Lyon's package showed up this week and I was so excited to unbox it. I love everything he got me and the letter was really sweet 🥺💖 (I only teared up a little reading the card lol)

Another one of my friends decided to clean her closet. She use to be gyaru when we were in high school and her look was very heavily influenced by Tsu-chan. She messaged me to ask if I wanted some things as she felt bad just donating brand to a thrift store. I said yes and was so surprised when she showed up with two big bags of clothes 😭

I absolutely fell in love with the items she gave me and am super grateful to have such generous friends 🥰

I'm so excited to coordinate these pieces!! I already have a few ideas jotted down but I won't share them just yet hehe~
