For Shiena's birthday we went for afternoon tea at the Westin Bayshore's H Tasting Lounge. It was themed "Let Them Eat Cake!" and featured a fun little rotating ferris wheel of delicious treats.
I wasn't really sure what to wear and but given it was a Victorian themed event AND it was Shiena's birthday, I knew I had to put together an elegant or glamorous type look.
I ended up wearing this floral maxi dress that has a jewel brooch detail in the front. I didn't really have appropriate shoes to match so I just wore these sandals I got from Emi ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝)
For makeup I went with a rose gold/light pink shimmery eye. I didn't want to go too heavy since I wouldn't have much time to freshen up or redo my makeup before my dinner reservation with Kevin later that night.
I managed to arrive first and took a few quick pics before everyone else began to arrive. I was a little anxious because I was meeting Shiena's friends Lianne, Bevan, Kini, and Desiree for the first time. They ended up being very sweet and kind people and I had a lot of fun!! ( ∩´͈ ᐜ `͈∩)

The food arrived pretty quickly and we were given a few of these ferris wheels to share. Each one had 2 servings of each treat.
I really liked all of the sandwiches, they were the best! I really enjoyed this whole menu compare to the Sakura themed one I had just tried in my other post.

After the tea party I went home to get changed for dinner. We had to travel across town so I didn't have much time to get ready. I really wanted to wear this dia top so I thought to pair it with a blazer and heels for an 姉ageha vibe.
We went to this place called Yuwa and I was really excited to try it because it's a Michelin recommended restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised as one of Kevin's friends was actually working in the kitchen that night and we ended up getting a few extra things on his recommendation though I forgot to take pics of them (つ╥﹏╥)つ
Everything was delicious and fresh, I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!
