The first time I emailed them they took 2 days to reply back to me. By that time the belt had already gone out of stock so I was pretty disappointed (I was disappointed with the belt going out of stock, not that it took them 2 days to reply to me). I waited around to see if the seller would restock the belt and sure enough, with a few weeks patience it was up for sale again.
I decided to try my luck with TBS again so I sent them another email. They replied to me the day after and I quickly got my first payment to them by the end of the week (July 2nd).
Here's where things got a little bit off track for me. I waited for them to contact me about the second payment but they never did. On their website it states that it takes 2-5 days for the item to reach them but I waited a whole 2 weeks and they still didn't contact me. A little bit curious, I emailed them asking about the progress of my order. I then got an email back the next day saying that my item had arrived on the 7th but they didn't have an order number on it so they didn't know which client it belonged to.
Although the representative did apologize to me many times in the email, I still felt like that was a little unprofessional on their part. Like was I supposed to wait for an undetermined amount of time for them to figure that out? It's like they didn't even bother checking for orders already being processed to see if that ONE item belonged to any of them. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting?
Anyways, we got that all sorted out and they sent out the belt to me. I was surprised as it only took about 2 weeks to get to me and it was packaged rather excessively in my opinion when I got it. I actually laughed at it because I wasn't quite sure if all that packaging was necessary.

TBS's communication was quick and simple. They were very polite and I appreciate them apologizing for the mix up I mentioned. If it wasn't for that little bit of irresponsibility on their part I would have given them a full rating.

Their pricing was good. They gave me a lot of options for shipping which I appreciated. They did all the calculations for me in an excel document so I could see exactly what I was paying for.
Shipping was very quick and my item arrived safely with no defects.

I think the envelope was a little big for what my item was but it was still very safely packaged.
Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the shopping service. Their customer service was nice and fast for the most part, although I wish they had been a little bit more responsible with my order. I do prefer Dolly Poddle's shopping service just because she was so easy to work with, but she just had a baby so her service has been a bit slow lately. I may consider using TBS again in the future as this was still a positive experience overall.
