[Dec 2024] Goodbye 2024

 

Hi angels, how are you? I've been super busy with work but I'm hoping that things will quiet down soon now that we've officially launched Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 ദ്ദി˙∇˙)ว

I still have a packed schedule for the next couple of months but I'm looking forward to Christmas already. Speaking of Christmas, we've finally made it to the end of 2024 in the backlog!! ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡ I'll keep this one short and sweet so we can finally get started on 2025 lol.

I don't have a habit of doing "themed" nails for each holiday or season because my appointments usually land in the middle of the month and I don't want to have a themed set past the occasion. This time my appointment landed near the beginning of the month so I was happy to try a more festive themed set. I went with this glittery red with gems that kind of remind me of Christmas tree ornaments (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

I also wanted to try taking makeup pictures in a new style but I'm not sure if I liked how they turned out (｡· ⩊ ·｡) ?

I planned a party for Kevin's birthday but I was a bit sick so I didn't think too hard about my outfit and just tried to be cozy. I went with my favorite d.i.a sweater~

I ended up so sick at the restaurant but after a quick upchuck in the bathroom I was good again lol I was on antibiotics at the time and they weren't interacting well with the food I was eating (╥ᆺ╥;)

I felt much better the next day which was nice because I was due for my hair appointment! I wanted to do something drastic because I was tired of my blonde.

I decided to try a bright orange color and I love how it turned out!! I was going to do red at first but I haven't been able to commit to it and since I never tried orange I thought I'd give it a go. 

We had a pretty quiet Christmas that year and didn't do much. We went out for dinner with friends to have Korean BBQ. 

To wrap up the holiday weekend we went to my cousin's house for dinner. I didn't really dress up but here was my makeup for it. I ended up changing the lashes last minute cause I didn't like the combo ٩(ˋᗣˊ*)و

And that was basically the end of my 2024! I don't really do parties or that sort of thing anymore so for new years Kevin and I just stayed home and watched the old BIGBANG new years countdown performance until we could do our midnight kiss and go to sleep ദ്ദി˙∇˙)ว
