💕 8 Year Anniversary 💖

Hi angels! It's been a long while since I had the time to blog. I ended up getting caught up in some crazy things for work, including flying to Ireland for some training, which took up all my time and energy for the last few months.

I'm currently on holiday and have finally recovered from the stress of travel so I'm going to slowly get through my backlog. Apologies that you're going to be seeing content that's like 2-3 months old but I really want to keep all my memories documented on my blog so I can make space for new photos! 😓

In September I celebrated my 8 year anniversary with my boyfriend. We had another wonderful year together and I'm so thankful to have him by my side every day. I did a simple pastel makeup look and got my nails done that day before we headed for dinner 💕

I really liked how this makeup turned out, I think this will be my go-to in the spring!

It was still quite warm that day so I did a simple but sexy outfit since we were in a bit of a rush. There was a lot of traffic because of construction on the way to the nail salon so I didn't think too much about my outfit.

Here's the nail set I got! I just wanted something simple so we did a French with some jewels.

After my appointment we went to one of my favorite izakaya places for dinner. We got so many yummy skewers I was absolutely stuffed when we left 😋

Casual Looks & Exciting News 👀

 

HI angels! I hope you're doing well today. I've been super busy with work and other projects I haven't been able to get back into blogging 😭

But that leads me to the exciting news for this post! The reason I've been so busy is that I got a new job. I quit my last job in mid October and had a lot of things to prepare in terms of me vacating my role. Once that was out of the way I was working on more YouTube videos and before I knew it I had to dive head first into my new job so it's been pretty non-stop for me these last few weeks.

I'm coming to the end of my first full week at my new role and I'm loving it so much!! My new coworkers are so nice and welcoming, I don't feel like I'm the odd one out anymore. I've been working remotely since 2020 so the job I just left I started fully remote and it was so hard to feel connected to people. I wish I got to meet more of my coworkers in person or go see the office before I left but it is what it is. Definitely an odd and strange chapter in my career and life but I'm grateful for all the connections and opportunities that came from that role! ✨

Anyways I just wanted to share that news here and show off some of the more casual looks I did a while back~

This was my celebratory lunch when I signed my new contract 🥰

It was sooooo fresh and yummy, now that I'm writing this like a month later this picture has me thinking about ordering this again lol 😋

I got a message from an old coworker to meet up for dinner and catch up so I quickly threw on a comfy outfit and headed over to meet her. I didn't really like this look too much as I was experimenting with some lash combos but it's ok, not every look is going to be a good one 😅

We went to my favorite mazesoba restaurant again. I got takoyaki and karaage since I wasn't too hungry.

The next day I went on a date with my bf. We visited one of my favorite izakayas in town. It's been gradually getting colder so I've been living in my co&lu jeans. I love how they look with my high tops 😍

I actually don't remember what I did on the day I did this look but I think it's safe to assume I just went shopping with my bf cause that's all we really do besides eat on the weekends 😂

I've been trying to experiment more with work friendly/daily make cause every time I figure it out I basically just revert back to full gyaru make and then forget all the things I did to make toned down/normie makeup look good so it start the process all over again 🤡

I wanted to try out some of the lighter style of lashes I got and this was what I ended up with.

It was ok but I prefer my spikey lashes so I went back and tried it again the next day. Bonus picture of Koji just vibing haha.
