Hi angels! I hope you've been well. Today I wanted to share my first medi-spa experience with you 💖 For Valentine's day last year I bought a HydraFacial package for my bf and me. We've never had a spa day before so I thought it would be nice for us to try together. This clinic was newly opening at the time so these facials were on promotion which just further solidified my choice to go hehe 🤪
The I found this clinic on instagram and it looked really promising. It's called Aesthetic Miracle! I researched it a bit and was impressed by the array of tech they had available so I decided to reach out for an appointment.
The inside of the salon was definitely aesthetic; it was white marble from wall to wall. Everything was so clean and glam, I felt very out of place haha.
Before we got started, the nurse took me to a side room to do a facial scan. I forgot to take a picture but here's a similar one from google:The scan tells you things like where you're getting spots, sun exposure, pores, etc. After this we talked about possible treatments to address the issues that came up in the scan. I didn't really have anything troubling to address so we went ahead with just the hydrafacial.
The facial itself was very relaxing and painless; I actually almost fell asleep 😅 At the end you can ask to see the tank in the machine to look at all the gunk that came out of your pores if you're into that kind of shit 🤪
Here is the part that matters the most, the results! The left photo is from immediately after the treatment and we were in the parking lot. The right photo is a few hours later that night. You can see my skin was red from the treatment and my pores were pretty visible but as the night went on it improved dramatically!
I'm hoping to make a habit of getting treatments like this more often now that I have more time.
Lastly I wanted to show you the cute sneakers my bf got me! They're a limited edition Valentine's style air force 1 and they're soooooo adorable!! I love them so much and they're super comfortable.
I love the cherry and heart details so much I literally stare at them every time I wear them 😭
Anyways, I hope you found this to be an interesting read. Have you tried any spa or facial experiences before? If so please let me know any that you recommend! Thanks for stopping by today, I'll see you again soon~
